Dinner: served in the main dining room, prepared by the chefs and sister and
brother Anna and Silvano. Along with traditional Valle d'Aosta cuisine there is
Italian national cuisine and special light dishes for those who want to look
after their figure even on holiday.
There is always a rich buffet available of
vegetables and salads from our kitchen garden. Among our specialities you can
taste the famous cheeses of the Alpine district and traditional dried meats
like "mocetta" and "lardo", which match nicely with the excellent wines of the
Valle d'Aosta mountains.
